Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BidForge, a platform operated by Antenity ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using BidForge, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using BidForge
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BidForge. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including licensing, insurance, and bid details.
2. Accounts & verification
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Verification badges reflect documentation submitted at the time of review and are subject to periodic re-verification.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false licensing, insurance, or bonding information.
3. Bidding & contracts
BidForge facilitates connections between project owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. We are not a party to any contract formed between users. All bids, awards, and resulting agreements are between the respective parties.
4. Fees
Posting projects is free under the Bid Board plan. Professional and Enterprise plans are billed as described at checkout. Success fees, where applicable, are calculated as a percentage of the awarded contract value.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false or misleading licensing, insurance, or bonding documentation
- Circumventing the platform to avoid applicable fees
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise platform security
6. Limitation of liability
BidForge and Antenity are not liable for disputes arising from bids, awards, or contracts between users, beyond our documented dispute resolution process.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BidForge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
